If you look around, you'll find a lot of pictures of known artists from deviantArt. And the worst: it abuses pictures for Wolf's Rain fanart, which have nothing to do with it. I'm really angry, weeks ago I wrote to the photobucket support, but never got an answer. So it happend what have to happen and dumb little children are going to use our pictures for themselves. A few days ago I was told, that kids on a german pupil-website (schueler-vz) use my Path of the Cursed picture for their roleplay-group. Again, I wrote to the support (and mentioned the copry right law!) but also didn't get an answer 'til yet. Meanwhile a friend contacted the leader of the group, but she was just talking rubbish. "If she doesn't want, that her picture will be used, why has she uploaded it?" or "So many people tell me, that this art is stolen! And they are all from different schools, so it can't be, that your friend drew this! You're stealing my nerves!" (<< o.O WtF? And what about my nerves, by the way?) and they don't want to remove my art. I'd like to kick those children to their asses. <.< But it wouldn't help anything. Photobucket is THAT rescourse of stolen art and the supporters give a shit to it.
So ... my question is: Have someone ever tried to bring an action against Photobucket?
